Traufganghütte in Albstadt

Great location, lots of different restaurant areas. The concept is great! The food was very tasty, from the soup (pumpkin seed + Flädli) to the main course (Käsespätzle + Wienerschnitzel), the apple strudel and cappuccino. In addition, warm service from the reservation to the conclusion. We will definitely be back next time!

Interior made a striking effort to be rustic. Sometimes very exaggerated, almost embarrassing. The food is extremely meat-heavy. Not for people who like to eat healthy. The beer is quite good.

Looks nice, is really authentically furnished. Unfortunately, the best culinary aspect of the whole visit was the beer. Food was all brought to the table cold, taste can be argued about, but there should be some taste at all. Pity! Will probably not come back a second time. Still best wishes!

Everything nicely decorated down to the last detail. Unfortunately the food is at most average. Food was cold to maximally lukewarm. I don't expect any cold 0815 frozen fries with the “Hüttenpommes” side dish. The sauce was too salty and the salad was hardly dressed at all. With the onion roast there was a ready-made gravy. Unfortunately the price performance is not right. Perhaps more emphasis should be placed on the quality of the food than on the interior decoration.

A super cozy restaurant, you feel right at home there. The staff are always very attentive and friendly. The food arrives relatively quickly and always tastes delicious 👍 Always happy and can only be recommended.

We went to eat in the Traufganghütte Brunnental. The restaurant is rustically furnished with a nice outdoor area. We were served in a friendly and attentive manner. We enjoyed the food very much. We'll stop there again.

Quaint hut where you don't expect any! Great outside area. The spaetzle were very tasty, but could have been hotter. But that was probably due to the rush of visitors that evening. We were happy to have a place at short notice and would like to come back.

The hammer !!! Had rented the grill hut with nine adults and five children. Sufficient food. Conditions always polite and nice. Playground just above. Everything perfect. We will be back!!!

Spectacular food and service

Update: Recently we were visiting again. The food took a long time. When asked by the chef when eating whether everything was okay, I said "the first piece of meat on my cheek was very tasty, the second is unfortunately hard and very dry", whereupon she said "Oh, I'm sorry for you" , That was all in my answer, no excuse, no question of whether it should be schnapps. With a total bill of € 100, we expect more. Very comfortably furnished pub in country style - even more beautiful after the renovation - with a large beer garden. We have been here several times, especially in the evening. The food was always well prepared and tasted excellent - the only criticism was that the dishes were not served very hot. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We would love to come again!

Really nice place. The interior is very cozy and invites you to sit. The staff and the service is great. Everyone is very friendly and the food was fast. However, there is a star deduction because the food tasted good, but in my opinion nothing unusual / special. We can recommend it anyway. Tastes are also different and vary.

We truly enjoyed our meal. Many good German traditional offerings. Just remember to bring cash unless you have a German debit card.

This is a very small well known place so you might have to wait a lot for a table on weekends. We left without having that luck.

Nice place for dine and have good arrangement for small business meeting.
